“Real Combat” – this is the term that students have used to describe this course.
The practical courses from Readiness embody the spirit of genuine learning and real application. They are not dry theoretical lessons, but rather a journey to equip students with the mindset, skills, and knowledge that can be immediately applied in real situations.
In the first session, the module “Territory Management” was delivered by the main instructor: Mr. Nguyễn Quốc Trạng, along with guest speakers Ms. Nguyễn Thị Chinh and Mr. Trần Anh Khoa, who provided in-depth knowledge, detailed insights, and incredibly practical shares from their valuable experiences. These insights, drawn from their positions in the industry, helped students gain additional information, tips, and realistic perspectives that can be directly applied to their current work.

Continuing in the “Business Plan Development” module, under the guidance of lead instructor Nguyen Van Loc and with input from guest speaker Nguyen Thanh Nhan, the students have gained a correct understanding of the nature and importance of a Business Plan for business development and their career paths. They are building knowledge and practicing analytical thinking, evaluation, and opportunity recognition through the business plan. In particular, they receive direct assessments and feedback from the instructor and guest speaker through a practical group case study exercise, applying theory to action.
The students engaged in lively discussions and delivered a very polished and professional case study presentation.
