I used to make very “bad” slides

Our Readiness Roadshow journey has reached phase 04, and the workshop was successfully held on Sunday morning, February 23, 2025, in an inspiring space to update on the new knowledge of WorkFlow Space in District 8.

Workshop 04 Readiness quickly filled up with registrations as it was limited to 30 slots, and those 30 ‘pieces’ created a beautiful ‘picture’ at this phase with the theme “I used to make very ‘bad’ slides.”

During the workshop, Mr. Nhan’s sharing provided valuable guidance on design thinking: from defining professional design standards and building a personal style to creating impressive slides and effectively conveying messages. Through this, participants not only learned how to enhance aesthetics but also how to leave a personal mark in each product.

Participants raised many questions and concerns about making slides, which the speaker addressed in detail while sharing his real experiences. Readiness received a lot of positive feedback from participants who were very impressed with the design thinking insights that Mr. Nhan conveyed at workshop 04, as they had never heard such things before. They gained new perspectives, systematized their design thinking, and incorporated their personal touch into each slide.

Meanwhile, Sister Stella introduced effective slide design tools that help you break free from reliance on available templates. In particular, with the assistance of AI—a “powerful assistant”—you can easily create slides that are both visually appealing and innovative, meeting modern trends. You were extremely excited and pleased to learn about many useful tools that you can immediately apply in your work, rather than just relying on templates or struggling with a lack of ideas.

Participant Dac Quan shared: “What I liked the most was learning about the AI tools and great colors that the presenters shared during the workshop.”

After the sharing session, participants practiced right on the spot with the “rescue operation” for dull slides. Here, the two speakers provided direct feedback and made adjustments, helping each participant draw specific lessons and immediately improve their work.

Readiness is delighted to see that each workshop is not only a place for learning but also an opportunity for lively interaction and sharing of opinions among participants. With the first four stops of the Readiness Roadshow completed, we look forward to new topics in a fresh format along with super HOT speakers that will be launched soon. If you missed this time, don’t regret it—follow us so you don’t miss the next stops!
